The attempted conciliation with the Locust Horde was futile, so it ended in violence. The Coalition of Ordered Governments, also commonly known as the COG, seeks to attack and defeat the Locust Horde through their base of operations called the Hollow. He was also the guardian of peace and helps those in need. But with the arrival of the new enemy, the Fortification Law was initiated and the humans were evacuated to the Jacinto Plateau.
What adds to the excitement would be the game features and that is how third person shooter games would never be the same without Gears of War 2. New weapons like Chainsaw Duels and the flamethrower made it even better and more exciting. Cooperative modes allow you to play with a second player. And what else is new? Gears of War 2 supports up to ten players.
Overall, Gears of War 2 is a fantastic choice when it comes to Xbox 360 games. The addition of seven multiplayer maps and a campaign mission surely added to the already sweet pleasure the game is all about. New maps include Allfathers Garden, Memorial, Sanctuary, War Machine, Highway, Way Station, and Nowhere.
